CCM is a smart combustion signal processing device for marine and stationary gas engines. The CCM function is to acquire and process in real time data from cylinder pressure sensors on dual-fuel and spark ignited gas engines. Every combustion cycle will be evaluated on every cylinder for to calculate key parameters engine builders needs to implement cylinder pressure based control on engines. CCM is designed as a plug-and play module for IMES CCM Systems.
HTT-06CA is a further development of our well-proven sensor HTT-04CA.
The measuring element of the HTT-06CA sensor has been designed in front of the thread.
As a result the gas channel is much shorter in comparison to the HTT-04 sensor. This ensures a reduced pipe vibration and makes the sensor extreme robust against high dp/dt.
This sensor is designed for closed loop control on internal combustion engines e.g. knock detection, cylinder balancing, MIP calculation, start of combustion, NOx control.
It is perfectly suitable for increasing engine performance and optimised control.
