Founded in 1980, Giro Engineering Ltd. is a UK based designer and manufacturer of high-pressure fuel injection pipework and associated components for diesel engines. From inception to date, continual investment, together with the development of innovative manufacturing techniques and flexible production methods, allows us to produce high quality, reliable products with on-time deliveries, ensuring that we stay at the forefront in our chosen field and continue to meet the demands of engine builders and operators alike.
GIRO specialise in the development & production of single skinned & double skinned, “Duoline” high-pressure fuel injection pipes. We provide sheathed and conventional fuel injection pipes for the marine, power generation & transportation industries from the simplest single cylinder engine to the complexities of the modern day common rail systems.
GIRO’s customer base includes most prestigious names such as: John Deere, Caterpillar, MAN and Cummins.

Single Skinned Fuel Injection Pipes: Unsheathed fuel injection pipes for high, medium and low-speed engines - many exclusive to OEMs.
Common Rail Injection Systems: Wide range of high-pressure, common rail, fuel injection pipework: sheathed fuel injection pipes & supply plus return pipes, all required bracketing, ancillary pipe work, leak indicators, fluid management.
Common Rail Shielding: Giro provide common rail enclosures manufactured as castings or by fabrication, each case is determined by the most cost-effective and reliable solution.
Low-Pressure Fuel Pipes: Giro supply low pressure pipework, as sheathed or unsheathed, suitable for many applications, such as fuel supply, fuel return or leak off.

Where common rail engine requirements increase the pressure rating of fuel lines and bring the need for common rail shielding, Giro is well equipped to cater for the most stringent pressures (3,000 bar working pressures) and provide shielding through castings and fabrication.
