HEINZMANN China produces cabinets, cables, actuators and gas engine components for industrial combustion engines in its own factory and offers excellent technical support, repairs and maintenance 24/7.
HEINZMANN China also offers compact, robust and highly efficient electric motors for light electric vehicles, medical and agricultural uses, fire fighting equipments, mobil lifts, robots and various other applications.

HEINZMANN PFI Methanol Injector
HEINZMANN CR Injector DS 300
Large injector for engines with a cylinder output of up to 300 kW. Injection pressure of up to 2,200 bar, injection quantity from 50 to 4,000 mm3 per injection process. Suitable for operation with heavy oil.

HEINZMANN Actuator StG EC Series
This actuator series represents a redesigned generation of positioners from HEINZMANN.
The brushless electric drive system operates directly on the shaft, already providing considerable torque.
The StG EC 100 is also equipped with a planetary gear for even higher torque, up to 100 Nm.
The StG EC series offers high performance combined with fast response, regardless of rotation direction or shaft position. Its robust design makes it suitable for virtually any application, including industrial and marine applications.
HEINZMANN Control Unit MVC 01-24
A solenoid valve control system for industrial diesel, gas and dual-fuel engines with a maximum of 24 cylinders.
It enables up to seven precise injections per cylinder and stroke; large number of I/Os enables optimum engine operation and monitoring. It can be used with any control system based on solenoid valves; combined with MEGASOL injection valves for gas injection systems.
What’s more, up to 3 actuators can be actuated directly, for instance to control the air volume (throttle valve, turbocharger bypass, wastegates). It can be expanded as a redundant system for use in ship engines.
