VEGA Grieshaber KG is a leading supplier of level, point level, pressure and density measurement instrumentation, as well as software for integration into process control systems.
VEGA has rich experience in shipbuilding industry and uses a variety of measurement principles. Commonly used in cargo tanks, crude oil storage tanks, bitumen tankers, LNG and LPG carriers, ship position and draught, drinking water/grey water service tanks and many others.
Product series include VEGAPULS 6X radar level measurement sensor, VEGAFLEX 80 series guided wave radar, VEGABAR 80 series pressure transmitter, VEGASWING 60 series vibrating level switch and VEGAWELL 52 hydrostatic pressure transmitter. VEGA instrument housing material is firm and durable, FEP and PUR cables are of excellent quality, and CERTEC® ceramic diaphragm is resistant to impact and vibration and can be used for long time.

VEGAPULS 6X Radar Sensor

Due to its variable antenna systems, it ensures maintenance-free operation in all applications.
VEGAFLEX 86 Guided Wave Radar
VEGAFLEX 86 TDR sensor for continuous level and interface measurement of liquids, and especially for the most extreme process conditions.
The VEGAFLEX 86 level sensor measures maintenance-free all liquids under extreme pressure and temperature conditions. Even in applications with buildup, foam generation and condensation, the sensor delivers precise and reliable measured values. In saturated steam applications, a special reference probe ensures a density-independent measurement. The VEGAFLEX 86 offers an economical level and interface measurement for your application.
VEGASWING 66 Vibrating level switch
VEGASWING 66 is used as a universal vibrating level switch in all liquids. In compact version or with tube extension, it detects reliably with millimetre accuracy the limit level. The instrument can be used in vessels and steam generators as empty or full detector. The VEGASWING 66 offers maximum reliability and security in a wide process temperature and process pressure range.
VEGAWELL 52 Hydrostatic Pressure Transmitter
The hydrostatic absolute pressure transmitter with ceramic measuring cell is ideal for level measurement of water/wastewater, as well as level measurement in deep wells or in tanks on ships. Maximum cable length = 1000m.
The VEGAWELL 52 is suitable for continuous level measurement of liquids. Typical applications are measurements in water/waste water, deep wells and in the shipbuilding industry.
VEGABAR 82 Pressure Transmitter
Universally applicable pressure transmitter. The ceramic measuring cell is resistant to temperature shocks. Can be combined with any other sensor of VEGABAR Series 80 for electronic differential pressure measurement.
The VEGABAR 82 pressure transmitter can be used universally for the measurement of gases, vapours and liquids. Substances such as sand can be handled easily thanks to the abrasion-resistant ceramic measuring cell. The VEGABAR 82 offers maximum reliability. The transmitter can be used in all industries. The simple connection of VEGABAR series 80 sensors as electronic differential pressure opens new possibilities for the measurement of differential pressures.
