SMARTSHIP POWERBUS - VALVE REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM

SmartShip PowerBus is a unique and highly integrated valve remote control system
It enables the control of both electrohydraulically and electrically operated actuators (EH), as well as a hybrid solution of both systems. This ring bus topology increases operational reliability through its redundancies. The design enables high system availability, even in critical situations.

FLUME® BOX TANK AUTOMATIC LEVEL CONTROL

FLUME® is a passive box-shaped roll damping tank. It has the unique ability to adapt to changes in vessel loading and operating conditions - now also fully automated. The natural reaction time of the stabilisers can be adjusted to the corresponding rolling period of the vessel by changing the liquid level. Equipped with a liquid level and rolling period indicator system that constantly monitors the operating status, the system helps to increase both safety and cargo volume.

FLOATING CONDITION CONTROL

Hoppe's unique Floating Condition Control System ensures a fast and safe adjustment of the float position, especially in challenging loading cases

The combination of a flow-controlled anti-heeling and ballast system is combined in a central control system. A advantage of this system is that the necessary operations are fully automated, but at the same time are subject to permanent system control

Part of this control system is a loading computer to simulate and optimize the ballasting process
