All standard hydraulic hoses and related accessories can be provided
- From low-pressure to high-pressure hoses (up to 500 bar)
-High-pressure hoses for ultra-high pressure hydraulic and water applications (up to 3200 bar)
- Various certifications (such as GL, LR, DNV, CCS, BV) can be provided.
Fittings
Pipe fittings from HANSA‑FLEX are standardised in accordance with DIN EN ISO 8434-1 and DIN 2353. Their tight positive fit ensures a reliable connection even under high working pressures, pressure peaks and vibrations.
Tube bending and welding
Bent pipes are used not only in tight installation situations but also for complex pipework systems. HANSA‑FLEX has set up a pipe bending centre which all branches of the company can access. The HANSA‑FLEX pipe bending centre manufactures bent precision pipes from a variety of materials for all our branches. The pipes are available with all common connection types and in the proven HANSA‑FLEX quality.
