HEINZMANN is a globally active family business founded in 1897 with its headquarters in Schönau (D), in the Black Forest.
The product portfolio of HEINZMANN's division Engine & Turbine Management comprises complete common rail systems, electronic fuel injection systems, mechanical and electronic speed governing systems, air-fuel ratio control systems for gas engines, dual fuel system solutions, generator management, digital and analog controls, extensive plant monitoring (digitization), and mechanical and hydraulic actuators.
Our current development efforts are focused on components and systems that enable the use of next-generation CO₂-neutral fuels in industrial combustion engines. Key priorities include advancing solutions for methanol, ammonia, and hydrogen applications - fuels that will define the energy transition of tomorrow. We are offering dual-fuel technologies, providing flexible pathways for customers to adopt sustainable energy sources without compromising performance. HEINZMANN Common Rail Injector DS 300
Large injector for engines with a cylinder output of up to 300 kW. Injection pressure of up to 2,200 bar, injection quantity from 50 to 4,000 mm3 per injection process. Suitable for operation with heavy oil.
HEINZMANN EFI control unit MVC 01-24
The DARDANOS range includes universal EFI control units for engines- such as the MVC 01-24 - with electronically controlled injection systems. These solenoid valve control systems are primarily used to control the speed. They help to optimise fuel consumption and this, in turn, results in less environmentally harmful emissions. They can also be used for basic monitoring functions, thereby increasing the operational reliability and availability of engines.
